1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Peregrine Tec LLC (“Peregrine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information related to peregrinetec.com, our services, and related integrations. It does not replace the privacy notices of independent third-party services that you choose to connect.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact and business information you provide, such as your name, work email address, organization, and message content. When you use our services, we may process account, configuration, and integration information that is necessary to provide, secure, and support those services. We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the services, such as security and reliability records.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, maintain integrations, prevent fraud and security incidents, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about an existing relationship or requested service. We do not sell personal information or integration data.

4. Service providers and subprocessors

We may use service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, email delivery, customer communications, and connected services. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. The providers used may change as our services evolve.

5. Intuit QuickBooks Online OAuth data

If you choose to connect Intuit QuickBooks Online, we access the authorized QuickBooks data on a read-only basis and use it solely to provide the service you requested. We do not sell QuickBooks data. You may revoke our access at any time through Intuit's controls for your connected application. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms and privacy notices.

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where appropriate and practicable.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. This includes encryption in transit and encryption at rest for information handled by systems where those controls are applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions about our processing practices or withdraw a consent where processing depends on consent. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request.

9. Cookies and tracking

The current public site is designed without intentional nonessential cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics trackers. We do not intentionally use cookies or pixels to profile visitors or sell audience data. Essential functionality supplied by hosting or other providers may be governed by those providers' own policies. If our practices change, we will update this policy before applying new nonessential tracking practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the last-updated date.
